All prices include a technician, setup, customisation and full service for a 2-hour event. We always prepare a tailored quote for your specific case so there are no surprises.
The base price includes everything you need for a 2-hour event with no hidden charges: transport and venue setup, breakdown, on-site technician throughout the event, design customisation (template, colours, logo), themed props and delivery of all generated content. No surprises, no mandatory extras. If your event needs extra hours or additional services, these are added transparently in the quote.
Our base is in Barcelona and delivery within the city is included in the price. For events outside Barcelona — Madrid, Valencia, Málaga, Bilbao, Zaragoza or other cities — travel costs are calculated case by case and clearly detailed in the quote. We also cover international destinations when the event requires it.
We aim to respond promptly and send a proposal within 3 hours in most cases. Once it's a good fit, we block the date and confirm service type, timings and customisation without any complicated process.

All our base prices cover a 2-hour service with a technician, full setup and everything included. If you need more time, each additional hour has an extra cost which we state transparently in the quote.
