Setup, breakdown, testing, technical support and unlimited printing for printed-photo formats are part of the booked service; they do not appear later as a string of separate extras.
The proposal shows one fixed price and the complete scope. Only additions selected by the client are quoted separately, such as extra hours, a second booth, a special backdrop or logistics outside our base area.

01Are setup, technical support and unlimited printing included?
Yes. The price includes access coordination, early arrival, setup, testing, an operator throughout the booked service, breakdown and the final gallery. For printed-photo formats, copies are unlimited during the service. The complete scope is confirmed in writing before booking.
02Which photo booth do you recommend for a company event?
LED or Vintage for photography and printing; 360 for video; AI for personalised branded content. We recommend the format after reviewing the space, schedule, guest count and event objective.
03Can the interface, backdrop and print be adapted to our brand?
Yes. We can adapt the interface, lighting, backdrop, frame, print template and delivery environment to the event or campaign identity. The exact scope is agreed during the creative phase.
04What technical requirements does the equipment have?
Requirements depend on the format and venue. We confirm footprint, power, connectivity where needed and access conditions in a technical sheet, and leave the equipment installed and tested before guests arrive.
05What should we send for a quote?
Date, venue, schedule, guest count or expected footfall, visual identity, preferred format and delivery method. For stands, the render or floor plan is also useful.
06Can you work white-label through an agency?
Yes. We offer a white-label service for agencies, with one accountable project contact coordinating scope, access, setup, operation and final handover.
