01What is included in the proposal?
The proposal defines the recommended format, customisation, delivery, logistics, setup, testing, operator, breakdown and final assets. Any variable requirement is confirmed in the scope and technical sheet.
02Can the interface, backdrop and print be adapted to our brand?
Yes. We can adapt the interface, lighting, backdrop, frame, print template and delivery environment to the event or campaign identity. The exact scope is agreed during the creative phase.
03How do lead capture and GDPR consent work?
Lead capture is optional. If the project needs it, we agree a simple form, consent and contact handover before the event.
04What technical requirements does the equipment have?
Requirements depend on the format, delivery method, venue and integration. Once the equipment is selected, we confirm footprint, power, connectivity where needed and access conditions in a technical sheet.
05When do setup and testing take place?
We coordinate access with the venue, agency or stand builder and leave the equipment installed and tested before guests arrive. The exact window is agreed in the proposal.
06Do you work in Valencia even though you are not based there?
Yes. Although we are not based in Valencia, we can deliver the service there with setup, an operator and technical backup. We plan transport, staffing and timings from the brief to minimise logistics costs without reducing quality. The exact logistics are itemised in the proposal before confirmation.
07What should we send for a quote?
Date, city or venue, schedule, guest count or expected footfall, objective, preferred format and delivery method. For stands, the render or floor plan and visual identity are also useful.
08Can you work white-label through an agency?
Yes. We offer a white-label service for agencies, with one accountable project contact coordinating scope, setup, operation and final handover.
